Poultry Cream Gravy

  • fat
  • flour
  • milk
  • salt
  • black pepper


  • To every 2 tablespoons of fat in the skillet allow 2 tablespoons of flour
  • cook for a few minutes
  • stir constantly
  • add 1½ cups of milk
  • and cook until thickened
  • Season to taste and serve hot.
