  1. Cut hot baked sweet potatoes in half and remove from shells.
  2. Mash thoroughly. Add milk, peanut butter, and seasonings.
  3. Beat until fluffy and refill shells.
  4. Brown on a baking sheet at 450°F (hot oven).
