Soya Meat Loaf
  1. Select one kind of meat or a mixture of two or more kinds.
  2. Blend the vegetable stock, tomato juice, or milk with the meat.
  3. Fry the salt pork until crisp, remove from the fat.
  4. Cook the onion and celery in the fat for a few minutes.
  5. Add all the ingredients to the meat and mix well.
  6. Mold the loaf on a piece of tough paper.
  7. Place paper and loaf on a rack in an uncovered pan and bake in a moderate oven (350° F.) for 1 to 1¼ hours, or until well done and brown.
