Poultry Cream Gravy
  1. To every 2 tablespoons of fat in the skillet allow 2 tablespoons of flour
  2. cook for a few minutes
  3. stir constantly
  4. add 1½ cups of milk
  5. and cook until thickened
  6. Season to taste and serve hot.
