Instructions
  1. Blend peanut butter, honey, and salt.
  2. Place about 2 ½ tbsp. peanut butter-honey mixture between 2 slices of bread to make a sandwich.
  3. Combine egg and milk.
  4. Soak sandwiches in egg mixture.
  5. Melt butter or margarine in a baking pan or frying pan.
  6. Bake sandwiches at 400° F. (hot oven) about 40 minutes.
  7. Turn sandwiches to brown both sides.
  8. Or cook slowly in frying pan on top of range.
